For 7 years, Futurecity has been a leading Cultural Consultant in the UK. They have worked in partnership with the country's leading architects, developers, and artists to develop a Cultural Master planning model that has been used to kick-start the regeneration of dilapidated, brown-field, and post-industrial areas in towns and cities across the UK.
Futurecity needed a website that would function both as an online portfolio/gallery of their projects and a place to find latest news and upcoming events. As events and projects change on a regular basis, the website needed to be easily updated in-house. We designed an interface that encompassed the sense of place and urbanism integral to Futurecity but remained simple enough in its presentation to ensure that the design of the site didn't conflict with the variety of high level creative work within their portfolio. The CMS BackOffice is an easy to use system for Futurecity to upload, manage and deploy content to the site. We have provided Futurecity with a creative yet simple website that is easily managed, and we look forward to a long-term relationship furthering the online presence of a key part of the creative industries in the UK.
